openssl 도 툭하면 취약점이 나오곤 한다

이번에도 취약점이 발견되어 현재 v.1.0.2zd, v.1.1.1n 과 v.3.0.2 로 업데이트를 해야 한다
다른 OS는 자동 업데이트를 하면 되지만 역시 항상 문제는 윈도우즈
그냥 portable로 받아서 사용하다 보니 일일이 바이너리를 받아 업데이트 해줘야 한다
